Payment of the Deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Bluewater on the beach reserves the right to cancel bookings due to any breach of these terms and conditions.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
A valid Credit Card must be supplied at the time of booking for security.
At check-in a pre-authorisation of $500 will be charged to the supplied credit card to guarantee any incidentals. Examples include but are not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra Guests or Visitors beyond those declared
The total tariff of all bookings must be paid 30 days prior to occupancy via Credit Card or Direct Debit. Should the balance not be paid by the due date required Bluewater on the Beach reserves the right to cancel the booking.
All rooms are non-smoking.
Please note that we accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
We do not permit audible after 10 pm or loud music during the day. Extra unauthorised guests may incur costs.
All equipment is for registered guests only. The use of any onsite equipment is at your own risk and Bluewater on the Beach does not take responsibility.
Check-in time is 2 pm. Checkout time is strictly 10 am. Late fees may apply after this time. If you require late or early check-in, we will require 24 hours notice.
Bookings cancelled more than 30 days from arrival date will incur a $200 cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival date will not be refunded.
Bookings cancelled due to breaking of house rules will not be refunded.
COVID 19 Rules
Cancellations due to covid must be inline with government travel restrictions.
Cancellations due to covid within 30 days of the booking will be given a guest credit to be held for up to 2 years of the booking date
This credit is a money value not per night and is subject to availability.
All other covid rules apply such as social distancing.
All unregistered guests must register with reception before entering the property.
